Betaxolol hydrochloride 0.5% in sterile isotonic solution (equivalent to Betaxolol base 0.5%).
INDICATIONS:
Cardioselective beta-adrenergic receptors blocking agent. It reduces the intraocular pressure in the treatment of the open angle chronic glaucoma, in patients with high intraocular pressure (ocular hypertension), patients with glaucoma or ocular hypertension suffering from reactive diseases of the airways, or those patients with multiple glaucoma therapies.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to any of the product components. Sinusal bradycardia higher than a first degree block, cardiogenic shock, or history of manifest cardiac failure.
POSOLOGY:
Apply 1 drop in the affected eye(s) twice a day.
